Once you submit your application, you will receive an email with a personalized secure link and a request to provide verification documents. You can upload all documents directly in the homefully webapp. Once you have uploaded all required documents, one of our Community Managers will verify your documents and send you a link with which you can schedule a personal intro call with a Community Manager.
During this call we will find out what your perfect shared flat looks like and prepare a list of suitable offers. Also, we will use this chance to get to know each other, learn more about your expectations, and answer all your questions. If we have suitable offers, you will receive a list of rooms in your desired neighbourhood right after completing the call.
If you're interested in any of the given offers, you can select it online and request a digital homefully rental contract right away. We will also send the contract via email and reserve your selected room for up to 24 hours.
After transferring your one-time security deposit and your first monthly rent, our Community Team will contact you to schedule a date for your move-in day. Once that is set, you will receive your keys and be able to start your new life with fun flatmates and a fully furnished private room with homefully.
